How an alarm reaches the services
- SensorA smoke or heat detector, a manual call point or a security sensor registers the event.
- Control panelThe fire control panel verifies the signal and starts the notification.
- LinkA channel over the internet or the mobile network carries the alarm out. The backup channel switches on by itself.
- Monitoring centerThe ARC monitoring center receives the signal and verifies it.
- ServicesThe operator calls the 112 service, the fire and rescue service or the police, and your responsible persons.

Sirens, illuminated "Exit" signs, voice announcements. They start on the fire signal.
Security alarm
Door and motion sensors, panic buttons, wired and wireless systems.
Video to verify the alarm
Cameras show the place of the event: the operator sees whether the alarm is real before calling the services.
Automation
Control of ventilation, doors and lifts on a signal, equipment shutdown.
Uninterruptible power
Backup batteries: the system works during a power outage.
Connection to 112, rescue service, police and ARC
We set up signal transmission and agree the response procedure for your site. Connection terms, timing and the list of documents depend on the building type, its class and the requirements of the services. Tell us the address and purpose of the site: we will say what is needed and give a quote.
